Get Approval
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization within 24-48 hours. You'll receive instructions for returning the product.
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Ship it to our return address or schedule a pickup (for eligible returns).
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different size or color of the same product
- Replacement of defective items
- Alternative product of equal value
To request an exchange, follow the same return process and specify your preferred replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Document the damage: Take photos of the product and packaging
- Contact us immediately: Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging: Do not discard the original packaging
- Do not use the product: Using a damaged product may void the return
We will arrange for pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
8. Order Cancellation
8.1 Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Contact us immediately to cancel your order.
8.2 After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the product following our return process.
8.3 Cancellation Refunds

- Refund minus shipping costs for refused deliveries
9. Special Categories
9.1 Plants
Due to the nature of live plants:
- Plants must be reported damaged within 24 hours of delivery
- Photos are required showing the condition upon arrival
- Plants that have been repotted or planted are not eligible for return
- Natural variations in plants are not grounds for return
9.2 Tiles and Heavy Items
- Inspect tiles upon delivery before signing
- Report any damage immediately to the delivery person
- Installed tiles cannot be returned
