Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order before it's shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, modifications are not possible.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳100
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳150
How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Do you deliver to all areas of Bangladesh?

Yes! We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our trusted courier partners including Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, and Sundarban Courier.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when you receive your order
  • bKash: Mobile banking payment
  • Nagad: Mobile banking payment
  • Bank Transfer: Direct bank deposit or transfer to our bank account
Is it safe to pay online?

  4. Ship the product back or schedule a pickup
